    IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Please be aware that all meetings are subject to cancellation or rescheduling.  Anyone wishing to submit plans for consideration should call at least one week in advance to confirm the meeting date.  Every effort will be made to keep the information on this website current.

    The deadline for submitting plans for review is 4:00 P.M. the Monday before the meeting.  If the Monday before an SACC meeting falls on a holiday, the deadline for submitting plans is 4:00 P.M. the Friday before the meeting.  Sorry, but we cannot make exceptions.  All meeting dates are subject to change or cancellation.  Please contact Mike Joseph(853-9056) to confirm meeting dates.
